Bangkok Escapade

We arrived in Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok around 1:00am via Cebu Pacific.

Took a Taxi to bring us in Watana Mansion.

*You need to add 50baht for the fare*

*Better to change your money in Manila bec the value of peso is higher than the airport.

This is our Budget Hotel (WATANA MANSION near Suthisan Station).

Rate: 650 bahtw/o breakfast and 700 THB w/ breakfast (we had american breakfast)

*you have free 30 minutes in their business center /night

*better to reserve on-line

Don't forget to get a MAP in the Airport!

(we used the yellow one on the right side)

This will make you survive your stay in Bangkok.

Had our American Breakfast around 9:00am

Watana Mansion - Suthisan Station

Suthisan - Hua Lamphong Station

-Travel time: 20min

Hua Lamphong - Chinatown

-Travel time: 10mins via Tuk-Tuk

-Make sure they have government permit in front

-Go around via Tuk-tuk (80 THB)

-Driver: Pru Wan

-FYI: chinatown is closed every thursday for cleaning but opens late afternoon

-Spot: giant swing / have dinner along their streets (wasn't able to have dinner during our visit there)

*Way Pudah Temple - Thai expo

-Travel time: 10 mins

-Jewelries and they have soap

*Thai expo - Marble temple

-Travel time: 10 mins

-Fee: 20 THB

*Marble temple - CHIN JEWELRY

-cheaper price (white gold / yellow gold / stones / silver)

-will tour you around the jewelry shop (raw - finish product)

-You can look for Ms. Mam

-Picture taking is NOT allowed in front and inside

-Just take photos outside if you want (that's what we did)

-We booked for our Ayuthaya tour

-Travel time: 20 mins (estimate)

*Hua Lamphong - Lumphini Station (MRT)

-Travel Time: 5-10 mins

-Walking distance from the station

-We had our dinner

-Bought some souvenirs

-Foot Massage

TRAVEL! TRAVEL! TRAVEL!

This is one of my goals this year... that is to travel here in the Philippines and even to other countries as well esp Europe...=D

I know that there is nothing impossible for those who believed!
